Here are some of the splendid artisans who are normally the core of our bazaar.
We encourage you to explore their individual offerings.
Owner of Harvest Moon Flower Farm
I am Charlene Marsh, an artist living in gorgeous Yellowwood State Forest, located in Brown County, Indiana, an historic art colony dating back to the early 1900’s.
Initially studying at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where I grew up, I finished my Bachelor of Arts degrees in Fine Art and English at Indiana University, Bloomington. My artwork has been exhibited and is in collections nationally and internationally.
When I am not creating artwork, I am hiking up and down hills in the forest, growing my own organic fruits, veggies, flowers, and wild edibles, playing with my animals, dodging coyotes, cougars, and copperheads, blogging, vlogging, traveling to cool places, watching shooting stars and fireflies in the backyard, or reading a good book curled up by the fire.

Bonnie Gordon-Lucas has been an illustrator & visual communicator for over 30 years. Color, whimsey & imagination define her style. Bonnie’s paintings are inspired by obscure song titles, famous quotes, twisted misquotes, limericks, lyrics & poems. Her media is watercolor on paper &/or fabric paint on silk.
My name is Chizuko Johnson and I grew up in Northern Japan where half of the year is covered with snow.
I am a ceramic artist and studied ceramics at Indiana University in Bloomington, where I earned a degree in studio art.
My focus is mostly functional wares such as mugs, plates and bowls etc. Although, recently I started making wall-hanging pieces.
For special requests
I’ve been making functional stoneware ceramics using traditional & unique techniques for 40 years. Using indigenous Hoosier stoneware clay, I make over 100 items in at least 6 different glaze combinations fired in a gas kiln of my own design. Something fir every room of the home & beyond.

Dirk & Susan Herr-Hoyman
Wood, Nature painting
As we rounded the bend into recent retirement, our creative sides emerged. Susan took to acrylic paints and drawings to express the joys of nature. Dirk picked up woodworking tools and evoked the beautiful patterns of wood to emerge in arts and crafts furniture. Explore our works at https://hhdabblers.com/
Metalsmithing & Jewelry Design
All pieces are original, designed and fabricated by my own hand. Using fine silver, copper, brass, enamel and acid etching I create unique neck pieces, earrings. I am committed to using time-honored methods of metalsmithing learned as a graduate of IU School of Art, BA in Metalsmithing & Jewelry Design.
The Blue Jeans necklace and earrings can be sold separately. The earrings and necklace each sell for $40.00. They are kiln fired enamel accented with fine silver. The ear wires are sterling silver.
